Myluck Game Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of Myluck Game is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the application you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Myluck Game. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the application. By using Myluck Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or other technical issues

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time without notice.

4. Gameplay Rules

Myluck Game operates on a system of chance where players make choices with a probability-based outcome. Each turn is independent and random. Players accumulate points based on consecutive correct guesses. Scores and progress may be reset at any time at our discretion. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or continuity of game sessions.

5. Prizes and Rewards

Prizes and rewards advertised in Myluck Game are subject to the following conditions:

• All prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of Myluck and XYZ Games
• Prize amounts and structures may change at any time without prior notice
• Winners may be required to verify their identity before receiving prizes
• Prizes may be subject to applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the winner
• Non-cash rewards (such as extra lives) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to disqualify any player suspected of fraud or manipulation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and materials on Myluck Game are owned by or licensed to Myluck and XYZ Games. This includes but is not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, and source code. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

Myluck Game is a game of chance. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, winnings, or results. The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myluck and XYZ Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the application. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
